Step by step process
Prepare the Sunglass Pouch
Check the label for polyester content on the print side.
Lint roll the surface to remove fibers.
Lay the flat with the print side facing up.
Prepare the artwork
Size the design to fit the print area.
Mirror the design before printing.
Print using sublimation ink on sublimation paper.
Set up the heat press
Place butcher paper on the lower platen.
Place the product print side up.
Place the printed paper ink side down on the bib.
Cover with butcher paper to protect the press.
Pressing guidelines
Many crafters start near 185 to 195 degrees Celsius.
Press time often sits near 40 to 60 seconds.
Use light to medium pressure to protect padding.
Finish the press
Open the press smoothly.
