Take control of the design, place order and we will do the rest. These designs are available in A4 (200mm x 287mm) and A3 size (290mm x 410mm) meaning you can fit as many of your images into those size sheets. So go ahead and use our Custom UV DTF Gang Sheet Builder. Please note it is important to leave a 12mm edge around the outer border so that you have enough space to cut and peel your images. We cannot print to the edge of the A4 or A3 sheet as your image will crack when peeling the transfer tape.
Before you start, please follow the Custom UV DTF Gang Sheet Builder instructions below:
- Click on the Create Gang Sheet button
- When you do your design, preferably add high resolution png files (300dpi) with transparent backgrounds if you don’t want the background of the image printed (ie the white etc…)
- The programme allows you to arrange your designs however you would like and maximize your space to fit in as many designs as possible. Taking into account that you must set the margin to 12mm. The default setting is 0,5mm
- Once you have completed your Custon UVDTF Design, click on the green ‘Save & Add to Cart’ button and checkout as normal
- NOTE : It is your responsibility to make sure all your images are sized correctly and that they all have a TRANSPARENT background with a 300 DPI size. Your design will be printed exactly “AS IS”
- NB very important note is that the UV DTF resin is not compatible with alcohol wipes, surgical spirits or alcohol cleansers, using these products will break the integrity of the glue and resin and it will crack. Please only clean your products with soap and water and ensure it is completely dry before applying.
