Terms and Conditions For Orders

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood & agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these terms, then you should contact Darin@customisable.co.za

By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to Customisable.co.za to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.

Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received.  This is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Customisable.co.za for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you.

You agree that payment will be made within 24 hours after checkout and that your order will not be shipped or dispatched until the proof of payment has been  sent to lizl@customisable.co.za and the funds have cleared in our designated bank account.  If you would like your order sent overnight, we strongly suggest you make an instant EFT payment to avoid delays and disappointment.

Once your order has been dispatched, the completion of the contract between Customisable.co.za and yourself takes place. We cannot fulfill any obligations due to the following reasons:

1.The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.

2.Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.

3.The identification of a pricing or product description error.

4. Customers who fail to reach any order criteria set out in the Terms & Conditions.

IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS

If there are any problems with your order, you agree to not post any comments of a disgruntled nature on any Social Media platforms. This includes but is not limited to hashtags, the brand name Customisable.co.za our social media handles and links.  And If you need assistance your first port of call will always be to Lizl@customisable.co.za.  Failure or breach of this term will result in legal proceedings being taken against you.

We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any time. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

RETURNS POLICY

Customisable.co.za will not accept returns or be held liable for any returns whatsoever. Customisable reserves the right to reject any returns sent without consent and will further not be held liable for payment of returns.  We will liaise with and assist to the best of their ability, the customer if they have followed the terms and conditions held within this contract.

All refunds will only be processed as a credit within the online store and not as cash / vouchers / discounts or bank reversal.  You agree that by cancelling your money transfer or EFT, you also cancel your order with immediate effect.

Customisable may, at the use of their own discretion, refund funds into bank accounts. However this will incur a 10% penalty of the full purchase price of the item / order (incl shipping), to cover banking fees and other transactional costs.

Abandoned orders:  Any purchase made on our website and not collected within 30 days will be regarded as an abandoned order and no refund will be issued.  NO exceptions will be made.  Customisable will make all reasonable attempts to contact the purchaser via WhatsApp and email.  Failure to respond within 30 days will automatically deem your order to be abandoned.

User Captured Information

The correct capturing of all order information, including shipping and billing address, contact details, contact names and email addresses lies in the hands of the user. Customisable will not be held responsible for the incorrect capturing of information. All orders or parcels that are sent incorrectly due to the incorrect capturing of shipping or billing addresses will be the responsibility of the user. This also includes the incorrect Pudo, PostNet and Courier Guy shipping information. Any costs incurred to re-route or re-send orders, due to incorrect information, will be at the expense of the user.

Registration and use of the website

Product Pricing & descriptions

Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information, including Product Descriptions, appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.

Payment

• Payment for all orders is at point of checkout.
• All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system.
• The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus cost of delivery.
• You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

NOTE : The orders confirmation and Pudo codes are dependent on the correct mobile number being inserted by the user. Failure to input your correct contact details may result in the parcel not getting to you. If incorrect details were entered, you are liable for the re-booking fee.

We reserve the right to alter or change our delivery service at any time.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
