Holiday Season Important Information

As we head into the festive season and 2024, we need to bring your attention to the following important information:

1. We will be closing from the 22nd of December 2023, meaning that the last day to place an order to get shipped will be on the 19th of December 2023 .

2. Online orders will continue as normal and we will begin processing them from the 12th of January 2024.

3. Full operations will open again from the 15th of January 2024.

HOW WILL ORDER PROCESSING WORK GOING FORWARD?

Once your order has been placed you will receive two emails from us. The first email will confirm that we have received your order and the second email will be sent after your order has been completed and is ready to be dispatched or collected..

  • If you selected PUDO delivery, Customisable will send you your tracking number via a note on email and Pudo will send you your PIN number via SMS. You will have 24 hours to collect your parcel once you have received your locker Pin.  Customisable will not be held responsible for late collection.To follow up, please contact 010 222 3600.
  • If you selected The Courier Guy, they will send you all your tracking details in an email. To follow up, please contact 010 222 3600.
  • If you selected Postnet, Customisable will send you your tracking number via WhatsApp as soon as it has been posted.
  • If you selected Local Pickup, these will only be available from the 12th of January 2024, once you have received notification via email that your order has been completed.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO?

  • Regularly check your spam / junk mail to ensure that you don’t miss out on any important tracking emails.
  • Always check that your email address and contact number has been correctly entered in your order information.
